Templateplazza.com has nice templates. I am using mystore template. However, today Jan 17, 2010 templateplazza is down and wondering why my product image for large views also cannot be viewed. Is it dragging from templateplazza still? Not possible. I hate this. I am fired now.

i donot think Templateplazza is good..

Although the actual templates and the concepts that they have put together within this club are unbelievable… Their ability to follow through and actually complete the project is not even close to being there.

TemplatePlazza releases their templates haphazzardly, without any beta (or even alpha) testing to ensure that their componants actually work, and when users have issues, they rely on a so called support staff who are not even developers – just forum users.

When you correct their staff about their so-called solutions, they attack you with rude comments, and make you feel as though your money was spent unwisely.

I would NEVER recommend anyone joining this club. Although the templates look nice, they don’t work as stated. Support is not there, and the only real developer they have on the site (Andy) is never available to answer questions, fix bugs, or even address the problems.

On the outside, this looks like a great site, but because until you purchase a subscription, you don’t have access to the support forum area’s that suddenly enlighten new subscribers to the horrendous problems this site has.

Do not use them… I made the mistake of spending money on high end developer subscriptions, and like myself, there are many others, who are not going to renew their subscriptions.

Template Plazza has the worst customer support I have ever come across. They will not answer any emails asking for technical support, referring you to their forums – but they never answer questions there, either!

I paid $40 for a template and cannot use it because they refuse to answer even simple technical questions.

Complete waste of money. Avoid them.
